Accredited The Journey™ Therapist
Elizabeth Mott was born in 1939.
She grew up in Sweden and
moved to Switzerland at the age of 21.
She has 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
In her village in the French part of Switzerland,
Elizabeth had responsibilities within the church and
the church council. She also created
and directed activities for the elders.
At the same time she worked as a prison visitor,
an experience that greatly influenced her life.
Throughout the years, Elizabeth was fascinated
by the mulitple aspects of the human being.
She undertook the adventure of exploring and discovering herself
through deep psychotherapy involving many disciplines
including Transactional Analysis.
Aware of the healing power of listening, she trained in
«Listening Centered on the Person»,
based on Carl Roger's approach.
This method has the power of revealing our potentials.
Elizabeth has completed an intensive training with
Brandon Bays in the UK and is now
an Accredited The Journey™ Practitioner.
This method is subtle and powerful.
It has given her an opening of consciousness
that continues to expand and benefit her.
In addition to her private practice
as a Journey therapist,
Elizabeth leads a meditation group in Geneva.
She speaks English, French, Swedish and German.
Journey sessions can also be conducted over the phone.
